"Case Study for Master Robert Hotel"
Client: The Master Robert hotel has been a long time favourite for corporate clients, people travelling to and from Heathrow airport, as well as visitors to London. Famous for its large bedrooms, fantastic services and ample car park space, the hotel is also known for its friendly staff and traditional English comfort. A traditional English pub on-site, an RAC awarded restaurant and conference & banqueting facilities all add to the charm of the hotel.
What we did: This hotel use to be part of Best Western Chain. Recently they have come out of it but we have managed to maintain the strong web presence we built for them. They use to get a lot of business through airlines and group, at a very cheap rates.
We worked with the client understanding their needs and their goals. They wanted to attract general tourism, airlines and corporate businesses in and around Heathrow, Hayes and Hounslow. We mainly focussed on their key selling point being near to Heathrow Airport which is one of the world's most busiest airport.
Results: Their presence on the website has grown month by month and they are enjoying a good revenue directly from their website. They still deal with Groups and Airlines, but they are now in a stronger position to choose which groups and airlines to work with and dictate their rates because they have a good source of revenue from their own website.
